Fr o m idag firar vi i Norrk\u00f6ping inte bara 17e maj med tanke p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra v\u00e4nner i v\u00e4ster utan ocks\u00e5 utifr\u00e5n den historiska dagen d\u00e5 vi inf\u00f6rde eget val inom hemtj\u00e4nst genom LOV.<\/p>\n

N\u00e4r man drivit en fr\u00e5ga v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4nge \u00e4r det stort n\u00e4r man b\u00f6rjar se den ta form, och \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre k\u00e4nns det att kunna genomf\u00f6ra det i bred \u00f6verenskommelse. Den resan som vi politiskt gjort i Norrk\u00f6ping n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller eget val inom hemtj\u00e4nst, d\u00e4r vi i Kvartetten f\u00f6rst landande i en gemensam bild av vad vi vill med valfriheten inom \u00e4ldreomsorgen i Norrk\u00f6ping, och sedan har jobbat vidare i n\u00e4mnden i bredare forum d\u00e4r alla partier erbjudits att vara med(men V valde att inte delta) och p\u00e5verka utformning k\u00e4nns mycket bra.<\/p>\n

Det ger f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r l\u00e5ngsiktighet som \u00e4r grunden f\u00f6r att det ska bli riktigt bra. Vi fick vissa f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar med fr\u00e5n beslutet i KF och har utifr\u00e5n det st\u00f6tt och bl\u00f6tt i arbetsgruppen i n\u00e4mnden och kommit fram till ett beslut som vi alla kunde st\u00e5 bakom.<\/p>\n

Vi har haft medborgarnas b\u00e4sta i centrum, vi har v\u00e4rnat om bra arbetsvillkor f\u00f6r de anst\u00e4llda men ocks\u00e5 skapat f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r mindre f\u00f6retag att kunna verka.<\/p>\n

Idag har vi tagit premisserna f\u00f6r vad som g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r att vara utf\u00f6rare i hemtj\u00e4nst och jag och Irma har ”tryckt p\u00e5 knappen” f\u00f6r att \u00f6ppna upp m\u00f6jligheten f\u00f6r f\u00f6retag att ans\u00f6ka om att f\u00e5 bli utf\u00f6rare.<\/p>\n

M\u00e5let \u00e4r att enskilda f\u00e5r st\u00f6rre inflytande \u00f6ver sin omv\u00e5rdnad. Det kommer ocks\u00e5 ge personal fler arbetsgivare att v\u00e4lja mellan. Min \u00f6vertygelse \u00e4r att konkurrens utvecklar!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
