V\u00e4rlden har den senaste tiden skakats av terrord\u00e5d, inte minst av Islamiska staten (IS). Terrorniv\u00e5n i Sverige har h\u00f6jts till 4 p\u00e5 en 5-gradig skala, samtidigt som vi vet att alltf\u00f6r m\u00e5nga radikaliseras inom v\u00e5ra gr\u00e4nser. Enligt S\u00c4PO har s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga som upp till 300 personer l\u00e4mnat landet f\u00f6r att ansluta sig till islamistiska terrorgrupper.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hur m\u00e5nga som sympatiserar med dessa extrema terrorgrupper men som stannar kvar i Sverige \u00e4r os\u00e4kert. Regeringens nationella samordnare mot v\u00e5ldsbejakande extremism, Mona Sahlin, har i flera sammanhang understrukit vikten av det f\u00f6rebyggande arbetet. Det \u00e4r helt avg\u00f6rande att i ett tidigt skede arbeta med personer som \u00e4r i riskzonen och som p\u00e5 sikt kan utg\u00f6ra ett hot f\u00f6r samh\u00e4llet.<\/p>\n

Det finns ocks\u00e5 en risk att personer som kommit hit med flyktingstr\u00f6mmen har ett tvivelaktigt f\u00f6rflutet med terrorism i sina heml\u00e4nder.<\/p>\n

– Kristdemokraterna har en rad konkreta f\u00f6rslag hur Uppsala kommun skulle kunna vidta konkreta \u00e5tg\u00e4rder f\u00f6r att motverka islamistisk extremism. Inte minst med f\u00f6rebild fr\u00e5n andra kommuner i Sverige och Europa som arbetat konkret med fr\u00e5gan. Det \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r vi vill fr\u00e5ga majoriteten i kommunen om det finns n\u00e5gra planer att arbeta f\u00f6r dessa fr\u00e5gor, s\u00e4ger kommunalr\u00e5det Jonas Segersam (KD)<\/p>\n
