\nUnder coronapandemin har civilsamh\u00e4llet st\u00e5tt f\u00f6r heroiska insatser, men ocks\u00e5 st\u00e4llts inf\u00f6r enorma utmaningar. N\u00e4r fortsatta st\u00f6d formas fram\u00f6ver under krisen f\u00e5r denna sf\u00e4r inte hamna i skymundan. Den beh\u00f6vs som aldrig f\u00f6rr!

\nF\u00f6r Kristdemokraterna \u00e4r civilsamh\u00e4llet \u2013 familjerna, folkr\u00f6relserna, de ideella organisationerna, trossamfunden, kooperativen, stiftelserna \u2013 en av samh\u00e4llets grundbultar. Den st\u00e4rker innovationskraften och v\u00e4lf\u00e4rdssektorn och medverkar till att skapa samh\u00e4llsgemenskap. Den str\u00e4cker \u00e4ven ut en hand till m\u00e4nniskor som lever i ensamhet eller utsatthet. Genom att civilsamh\u00e4llet har en stor variation av verksamhets- och organisationsformer kan den n\u00e5 m\u00e4nniskor p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4tt som etablerade institutioner och marknadskrafter inte kan.<\/p>\n

Behovet av civilsamh\u00e4llets insatser har blivit s\u00e4rskilt tydliga under pandemin. Isolering och arbetsl\u00f6shet har \u00f6kat behovet av de st\u00f6dinsatser som civilsamh\u00e4llet besitter stor erfarenhet av. Men n\u00e4r nu marknader, evenemang samt m\u00f6jligheten att m\u00f6ta m\u00e4nniskor i offentliga milj\u00f6er \u00e4r begr\u00e4nsat har m\u00e5nga av civilsamh\u00e4llets akt\u00f6rer f\u00e5tt sv\u00e5rt att samla in medel och hamnat i kris sj\u00e4lva.<\/p>\n

Kristdemokraterna har tidigt kr\u00e4vt fler \u00e5tg\u00e4rder f\u00f6r civilsamh\u00e4llet. Tillsammans med V\u00e4nsterpartiet lade Kristdemokraterna i juni fram ett utskottsinitiativ i finansutskottet d\u00e4r vi f\u00f6reslog fler och st\u00f6rre st\u00f6d till civilsamh\u00e4llet med anledning av krisen. Tyv\u00e4rr avvisades f\u00f6rslaget.<\/p>\n

Vi har i motioner och debatter i riksdagen fortsatt att efterfr\u00e5ga s\u00e4rskilda st\u00f6d till civilsamh\u00e4llet i krisen. Den 25 februari, \u00e4ntligen, r\u00f6stade riksdagen f\u00f6r ett krav om att regeringen m\u00e5ste \u00e5terkomma med ett krispaket anpassat f\u00f6r civilsamh\u00e4llet \u2013 efter ett f\u00f6rnyat f\u00f6rslag fr\u00e5n Kristdemokraterna och V\u00e4nsterpartiet i finansutskottet.<\/p>\n

Men om vi v\u00e4nder blicken fram\u00e5t: I den pandemipolitik som f\u00f6rs fram\u00f6ver \u2013 p\u00e5 alla politiska niv\u00e5er \u2013 f\u00e5r inte civilsamh\u00e4llet hamna i skuggan. Det kommer Kristdemokraterna fortsatt att arbeta tr\u00e4get f\u00f6r.
\nId\u00e9burna eller intressebaserade organisationer som vill ge r\u00f6st \u00e5t s\u00e4rskilda grupper i viktiga fr\u00e5gor har starkt bidragit till det v\u00e4lf\u00e4rdssamh\u00e4lle vi har i dag. I mina politiska uppdrag har jag p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga olika s\u00e4tt v\u00e4rnat civilsamh\u00e4llet och uppmanar fler politiker att engagera sig!
